JIS H 3250 | Alloy number: C6803, lead content: 0.01% max., cadmium content: 0.001% or less (10 ppm or less)
* If you use dezincification-resistant brass bars or lead-free dezincification-resistant brass bars for hot forging, we recommend that you provide appropriate heat treatment after forging to improve dezincification corrosion resistance further and remove residual stress.
* Dezincification corrosion resistance was evaluated according to the ISO and JIS dezincification corrosion tests, while erosion-corrosion resistance was evaluated by the gap jet corrosion test. Stress corrosion cracking resistance was evaluated by applying a torque of 9.8 N・m to samples that had been machined to add internal thread and then conducting the ammonia test. Strength, cutting properties and hot-forging properties were evaluated with tensile tests, cutting resistance tests, and upset tests, respectively.
* The features given for each material show the results of evaluating with C3604 (HM) and C3771 as the standard.

Free-cutting, high-strength white copper alloy bars MANIC Z-100
* We can meet various manufacturing ranges you require. Please contact us for a consultation.
・White copper alloy having silver-white gloss similar to stainless steel or new silver
・Copper alloy having cutting properties equivalent to that of free-cutting brass
・This is a copper alloy that is stronger than free-cutting brass and as strong as stainless steel.
RoHS-compliant copper alloy bars (Low-cadmium material; lead-free and cadmium-free material)
* We can produce brass and copper alloy bars conforming to the RoHS Directive with all types of materials.
